PRx Performance builds its Profile® line of wall-mounted folding squat racks — the product that put the company on Shark Tank — in Fargo, North Dakota. The FAQ says the Profile Series racks are “Made in the USA,” a dedicated collection groups racks, bars, plates, sleds and storage under that label, and the company-history timeline credits “local production and made-in-the-USA products” with keeping the Profile line in stock through the 2020 supply-chain crunch. The North Dakota fabrication is not in doubt.

The mark is the second one because of what the Profile PRO’s own product page says. It opens: “Made in the USA with domestic and imported parts,” and repeats the qualifier in a banner caption further down. That is the brand’s most careful sentence about its most important product, and it is the FTC’s prescribed wording for exactly the case where the unqualified claim does not apply. This record originally rested on the unqualified FAQ line; a page-level statement about a specific rack beats a site-wide one about the range.

Two things worth keeping in view at the next check. Most individual PRx product pages state no origin at all — the Profile CORE, the barbells and the pulldown attachment were read on 2026-08-23 and carry nothing — so the “Made in the USA” collection is doing more work than any product page backs up. And the collection also carries products credited to a named partner, Synergy Custom Fitness, under PRx’s own label rather than a claim sourced from that partner.
